After a 2-2 draw in the first leg, Union Berlin held on for a goalless stalemate at their home ground to win on away goals.And fans stormed the pitch to celebrate with their heroes at full-time.

Union, who have had major financial problems in the past which saw fans donate blood to raise money for the club, will become the 56th team to play in the Bundesliga.Manager Urs Fischer said: The whole club did everything for this success. It was a great team performance, even if we had our problems in the first-half.But I always believed we would manage it.Now, Stuttgart, who appointed ex-Arsenal head of recruitment Sven Mislintat as the clubs sporting director last month, will attempt to win promotion to the Bundesliga next season.
